Technology & Development (Hands-on) Active cooperation in the development and maintenance of the hygi.de online shop Implementation of complex features, epics and technical improvements Further development of the shop architecture (e.g. refactoring, headless approaches) Ensuring code quality, performance, stability and wartability Implementation and moderation of Code Reviews Responsive handling of deployments and releases Continuous technical documentation and knowledge sharing Teamlead & Tech Lead

Professional leadership of the entire webshop team Discipline management of fixed developers:inside Technical and technical control of external developers:innen (Freelancer) General responsibility for backend and front end development of the webshop Close technical coordination with the front-end developers:inside to architecture, interfaces, performance and best practices Technical decision-making on architecture, standards, tools and procedures Coaching and further development of team members Regular 1:1, feedback and development talks Close cooperation with Product Owner, Head of IT and adjacent teams Development of development and quality processes in an agile environment

TECH STACK PHP (OOP), Symfony MySQL, Doctrine RabbitMQ, Redis, nginx Docker Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins JetBrains / PHPStorm Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
