Praktikum Associate Consultant Transaction Services & Private Equity (TSPE) (m/w/d)

You support our team in advising leading mid- and large-cap private equity companies and investors in decision-making along the M&A Lifecycle. You carry out market and competition analyses, expert interviews as well as quantitative and qualitative analyses and participate in the creation of Commercial Due Diligence Reports. For your analysis, you use the most modern research and evaluation methods as well as current methods from strategy consulting. You get valuable insights into the development and evaluation of growth-oriented business strategies and work closely with our consultants and project leaders.

You are at the end of your Bachelor's degree or already in master's degree and are convinced by very good academic achievements – ideally with a focus on business, finance, private equity or M&A. You have first practical experience in consulting or on the private capital market (e.g. Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking). Your distinct analytical skills and your attention to detail make it easy for you to penetrate complex facts. With your careful work, you contribute significantly to the success of the project. You are highly motivated and you are also characterized by a problem-solving and strategic thinking. Negotiating English and German skills as well as safe handling of MS Office complete your profile.
