You work on technically demanding projects with direct influence on operational safety, operator responsibility, sustainability and value retention of the real estate.

You are the central contact person (m/w/d) for our key account and site managers and support them in technical challenges, new approaches and optimization processes in the field of TGA You are responsible for demanding TGA projects, CAPEX measures and modernizations, as well as the elimination of complex expert shortcomings and administrative requirements You control the planning, allocation and implementation of technical measures and coordinate all internal and external project participants You ensure compliance with legal regulations and operator obligations as well as compliance with dates, costs and quality standards You support the development of our service organization, identify growth potentials for existing customers and develop suitable solutions You recognize technical optimization and energy saving potentials and accompany their sustainable implementation

You have completed technical training in the field of TGA, electrical and utility technology. Master (m/w/d), Technician (m/w/d) or a technical study is advantageous You bring several years of experience in technical facility management, in TGA project management or in real-state environment You have well-founded knowledge of the management of technical projects as well as relevant rules, operator obligations and the processing of expert shortcomings You convince by customer orientation, communication strength and a sovereign appearance towards customers, specialist planners and service providers You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and always keeps in mind appointments, costs and quality You bring travel readiness within the supervised regions Berlin, Hamburg and Cologne
