They write production instructions and release the hardware for production. They develop strategies to improve the processes in the wafer test together with the team and represent your decision with internal customers and suppliers. They support the hook-up and the qualification of new plants together with the specialist departments You are also responsible for troubleshooting and troubleshooting. The analysis of different causes of failure of the products running in series are presented in special teams. You will vote independently prepared solutions in these teams. In the future international production network with other locations, you coordinate the necessary processes and develop strategies. You will also direct your colleagues in the field of wafer testing. Their tasks include proactive error prevention using SPC/FDC and statistical analysis of test results, troubleshooting and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic and mechanical systems, and support for continuous improvement programs (quality, costs, plant efficiency).

Education: FH/University degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics or comparable specialist subjects or state grades.
