Your mission to us

As an object manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for our cleaning objects – operational, organisational and human. They lead your team with clarity, live our Dorfner standards and drive forward continuous improvements actively.

Your duties

• Leadership, motivation and efficient deployment planning of a large cleaning team
• Own-responsible organization and control of the cleaning processes in a large object
• Ensuring our quality and process standards including regular checks and instructions
• Reliable customer support and central contact for the client on site
• Total economic responsibility of the object (personnel, material use as well as cost and process optimization)

Your profile

• Embossed management personality with clear communication and enforcement strength
• experience in building cleaning or a comparable service industry
• organizational design and structured and independent working
• Secure appearance in dealing with customers and employees
• Commercial understanding and experience in personnel deployment planning and ideally wage preparation
