Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Located in the “Event Management” team, you plan, organize and attend national and international events independently – from the first idea to the structured preparation. You search and book suitable hotels, locations and other service providers:inside. You design attractive frame and artist programs and introduce your own creative ideas for special event experiences. You take contract negotiations with external partners:inside and service providers. You coordinate the participation management and control the associated communication. You attend events on site and also in challenging situations for a professional and smooth process. You keep your budgets, bills, and track your events at any time. You work closely with internal and external contact persons: both together and actively brings you to the team.

You have a training as a travel or event businessman, a study with a focus on events/tourism/MICE or a comparable purchase. Qualification. Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in event management and/or travel planning. You are passionate about events and you are delighted to be committed and professionally implemented. You are convinced by organizational talent and a structured and independent way of working. You work responsibly, bring your own initiative and keep track of several parallel topics. You have a strong communication and team skills as well as a hands-on mentality. You are convinced by creativity, flexibility and the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations. You are ready to accompany events on site and occasionally on weekends. You understand the aspect of sustainability as an important part of a modern and forward-looking approach. You own a class B license.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.
