• Complete training as a carpenter or the like and several years of practical experience in the production of a small business
• Joy in precise, structured, pragmatic work
• Ideally detectable experiences in Lean Management
• Solution-oriented mode of operation and initiative, always looking for potential improvement
• willingness to take responsibility and introduce your own ideas
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Secure handling of MS Excel, Outlook and merchandise management systems
• Predictive operation with a good sense of urgency and priorities
• Organizational talent
• Interest in a dynamic working environment and short, fast decision paths
• Fun for a cool team of creators, packers, explorers and orderlovers
