The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. Your tasks

• Design the future of customer interaction with GenAI: Become part of our team and develop innovative digital assistants that revolutionize the customer experience in the companies of the Schwarz Group by using GenAI (Generative AI).
• Expert for Agentic AI: You are the central contact for specialist areas when it comes to using Conversational AI solutions.
• Prompt Engineering and AI Agents: As an expert for Prompt Engineering, you develop a variety of AI agents based on the latest technologies together with a cross-functional team. You are responsible for the design and optimization of the prompts to achieve the best possible results from our GenAI models.
• Requirement management and implementation: Together with the departments, you develop requirements and control the implementation of our development teams. You design business logic and implement it on our Conversational platform (Cognigy AI).
• Product life cycle response: You are responsible for your AI agents and accompany them over the entire product life cycle, from conception to optimization.
• Knowledge transfer and rollout: Through targeted trainings, you provide the necessary knowledge to successfully master a rollout in over 30 countries.

Your profile *Finded knowledge of Agentic AI: You have a strong knowledge of Agentic AI and ideally have practical experience in dealing with Cognigy AI, Google DialogFlow or other leading Conversational AI platforms.

• Experience with GenAI and Prompt Engineering: You have profound experience with GenAI models and their integration in Conversational AI solutions. You are an expert in Prompt Engineering and have proven successful prompts developed and optimized.
• Cloud and Microservice knowledge: Basic experiences in handling tools in the cloud or Microservice environment is advantageous.
• Agile operation: You already have experience in software development processes (e.g. SCRUM, KANBAN) and knowledge in JIRA and Confluence.
• Analytical and communicative skills: You have pronounced analytical and communicative skills and work independently, structured and targeted.
• Reliability and flexibility: A high level of reliability, flexibility and care are yours.
• Language knowledge: German and English knowledge (safe in word and writing) are required.
• Education: Complete study in the field of (economic) computer science or comparable qualification with a pronounced understanding of AI technologies.
