Professional qualifications Completed further education for the responsible nursing staff according to § 71 SGB XI and § 72 SGB XI (min. 460 hours) OR Completed training for nursing services after previous legal status (at least 460 hours) Nationally recognised training in nursing or nursing Professional experience in care and care, ideally with first leadership experience Valuable and person-centric attitude Organisational skills and structured working Responsibility and decision-making Communication and team skills Joy of co-design and further development Ideally experience in day care or dementia management
