In 2 years, we will teach you everything you need to know for the preparation of workflows and for the commissioning of our production machines and plants. Your training plan includes controlling the production process as well as manufacturing and quality controls. You learn what it takes to guarantee compliance with specific standards and requirements – in terms of work safety, quality, hygiene, environment and energy efficiency. In addition, you will encounter a variety of testing methods and it is also about the professional handling of milk, cheese and other dairy products. And because hygiene is an important topic in the food industry, you also take on various cleaning and maintenance work. The vocational school makes you fit in assessing and securing the quality of food.
