Process manager (m/f/d)

Analysis, optimization and standardization of all operating service processes in the mobile service. Identification of process weakeners as well as derivation and implementation of appropriate measures. Control and support of digitalization projects in the mobile service (e.g. use of service apps, tour planning, mobile documentation). Close cooperation with service management, external service, IT, MRP and adjacent business areas. Definition and maintenance of process guidelines, work instructions and standards. Construction and further development of relevant process KPI systems incl. Reporting, monitoring and derivation of recommendations for action. Ensuring continuous process improvement (KVP) throughout the service area.

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally complemented by a study in the field of business, technology or process management. Multiannual professional experience in process management, lean management or in a comparable role – ideally in the technical service or external service environment. Skills in project management, stakeholder management and structured work. Routine in dealing with office applications around and first experiences with SAP. Analytical thinking, problem-solving competence and implementation strength. Communication strength, moderation ability and sovereign appearance to different target groups.
