Total responsibility for all commercial activities of the position, including tendering and retail and pharmacy channels Strategic and commercial overall responsibility for the Business Unit Commercial & Trade Control and further development of tender, hospital, wholesale and market access activities Control of product launches and responsibility for non-promoted and existing portfolios Discipline and professional leadership of the Business Unit including budget responsibility Close cooperation with the relevant internal interfaces

Long-standing leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the generic field Comprehensive experience in tendering and tendering, in the hospital market and in market access strategies Designed strategic, commercial and analytical expertise with secure decision-making Detectional experience in the management of complex, cross-functional organisations Very good understanding of commercial control models, pricing mechanisms and decision structures High level of responsibility, ownership and enforcement at management level
