Crisis management You advise and accompany regional and supra-regional companies in economic crisis situations – from initial language to structured decision-making. Insolvency proceedings You take over the legal and strategic preparation of insolvency applications, in particular for protective shielding and self-governing procedures and for regulatory insolvency proceedings. Ownership You advise companies throughout the entire management process, including the creation and implementation of insolvency plans, as well as the support of remediation concepts. Transactions & teamwork You work together in interdisciplinary teams from lawyers, merchants and business lawyers and cooperate in the development of business sales contracts.

Funded insolvency practice You have several years of relevant professional experience in insolvency law, ideally in a law firm specialised in in insolvency administration. Sovereignty in client contact You also meet clients in economically and personally challenging situations with a sovereign, binding and solution-oriented approach. Clear and structured communication You communicate precisely, convincingly and organizationally strong - internally and externally.
