(Senior) Associate Restructuring & Reorganization (m/f/d)

Restructuring and refurbishment at the highest level, as you work on diverse, interdisciplinary projects in the national and international environment. With deep analyses, you evaluate the economic situation of companies, identify causes of crises and develop future-oriented strategies. You co-design renovation concepts and business plans and support clients in insolvency consulting processes. Market research, competition studies and integrated financial and liquidity planning (Financial Modelling) are also part of your task. As a central part of the project team, you are in close contact with clients and accompany the entire transformation process from the start.

Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, (economic) Mathematics or (economic) Engineering Ideally, first well-founded expertise in the areas of accounting, financial analysis and business planning in the transaction/insolvenzumfeld as well as basic knowledge in bankruptcy, commercial and company law through internships or student work activities Enthusiasm for the transformation and restructuring of companies and their focus on trends Embossed analytical skills, fast processing of complex facts, high operational readiness, solution orientation and reliability Flowing German and English skills complete your profile
