What awaits you Professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting team of KraussMaffei Technologies GmbH and active development of team members Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS - including annex, report and compliance with all group policies Ensuring correct and complete accounting, including prioritisation and organisation of team capacities Participation in cross-departmental projects, such as SAP implementations, mergers or digitalization initiatives Optimization and further development of accounting processes - including critical evaluation of existing accounting logics and SAP accounting processes Close cooperation with our shared service center in the field of debitor and creditor accounting Analysis and control of relevant KPIs, deriving recommendations for management Coordination of accounting-relevant IT activities in close coordination with internal stakeholders Contact person for auditors, group accounting and other departments What you bring Accounting, Finance and Controlling - alternative: commercial training with further training on accounting (m/w/d)

Long-term experience in external accounting (min. 6-7 years), especially in the production of annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS

Funded knowledge in SAP FI / CO (main and secondary accounting) as well as in the application of Excel at an advanced level

First leadership experience, ideally in disciplinary responsibility, is desirable

Very good business understanding, a structured and solution-oriented way of working, pragmatism and implementation competence

Communication strength, enthusiasm for leadership, and joy in developing and motivating your team

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing
