As a motivated manager, you are responsible for the infrastructures of the outer districts in the Mainz network and ensure safe, punctual and economic rail traffic The staff of your team will guide you professionally and disciplinaryly, take a role model and set the guidelines for successful cooperation You make sure that the maintenance of infrastructure in the area of Oberbau in the particularly complex and operationally relevant network Mainz is carried out efficiently and with high quality At any time, you have a look at the budget and monitor the time-, quality- and budget-oriented implementation of planning and construction of superstructures As a plant manager, you perform, evaluate and document the results and possibly guide them. Follow-up You negotiate predictively and register early requirements for maintenance and investment measures (annual and multiannual planning) In addition, you control all important resources such as personnel, materials, equipment and logistics and are responsible for compliance with all safety-relevant measures (e.g. work, fire and environmental protection) in your area of responsibility In case of emergencies and/or other willingness, you can be reached and actively participate

Your profile:
