Consultation and support of managers and employees in the assigned business units with a number of personnel and labour law matters Close cooperation with business leaders to understand their strategic and operational objectives and to implement them into effective human resources initiatives Consultation in the areas of performance management, organisational effectiveness, recruitment and employment, remuneration, employee development and employee relations Support and implementation of personnel initiatives in areas such as employee engagement, change management, leadership development, employee engagement and personnel planning Advising executives in the case of remuneration and personnel decisions and contributing to the fair and uniform implementation of salary checks, promotions, bonus programmes and other remuneration-related processes Working on complex topics in the field of employee relations and support for leaders in finding structured, pragmatic and sustainable solutions Ensuring compliance with the applicable German labour law and internal personnel guidelines and support for personal audits and data accuracy Construction and maintenance of a trusted and constructive partnership with the works council Close cooperation with international HR colleagues and global competence centres in enterprise-wide programmes and initiatives, with a significant part of communication and cooperation in English Providing insights and feedback from the supervised business units to contribute to the continuous development and improvement of higher HR processes and initiatives

Completed study of the business administration, the staff or a comparable subject, as an alternative completed commercial training with a single supplementary qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in a comparable position as a HR business partner Extensive business understanding and ability to implement business requirements in effective HR solutions High customer and service orientation in conjunction with embossed communication and consulting skills Safe occurrence in dealing with different stakeholders and leaders in an international environment Ability to open, solution-oriented and targeted discussions and conflicts Structured, self-sufficient and reliable working methods, combined with embossed organizational and decision-based capabilities Excellent mastery of the German and English language in word and writing; Since you will work intensively with international stakeholders and global HR functions, English is a central working language in your daily business
