• Projektmanager (m/w/d)
• Good expertise and practical experience with CNC-controlled machines (modern machine park with constant optimization)
• Understanding processes and experience with CVP (continuous improvement processes)
• Secure handling of MS Office programs
• Motivated, powerful personality with a structured way of working with enforcing and persuasiveness, as well as the ability to integrate and motivate employees
• Reliability and a high level of quality awareness

Your Tasks as Head of Wood Parts (m/w/d):

• Professional and disciplinary personnel responsibility for a team of about 50 employees
• Leadership, motivation and development of employees
• Planning and ensuring operational workflows in terms of quality, time, quantity and budget/cost
• Ensuring and optimizing production processes and machine utilization in responsibility
• Implementation and further development of assembly and logistics processes
• Optimization of the value chain in the area of responsibility
• Implementation of employee talks and performance and behaviour assessments of employees
• Monitoring and compliance with all relevant safety regulations, work instructions and legal regulations as well as order and cleanliness
