You integrate modules from the fields of optics, electronics, mechanics and computers into high-end systems for semiconductor process control. You perform tests and decreases taking into account system applications and algorithms.

Your duties include:

End assembly, commissioning and functional testing of optical inspection systems in clean room environment

commissioning and software-side configuration of the system computer

System removal to ensure the performance and compliance of our quality standards

Documentation of results and parameters

Proactive participation in fault diagnosis and the development of effective solutions

Close cooperation with engineering and production planning

Our ideal candidate (m/w/d) has the following characteristics:

Bachelor in Engineering (Mechatronics / Electronics / Optics) or an apprenticeship for the electronics / mechatronics technician with further education for the technician

Good knowledge of English (written and oral)

Overview of several parallel processes

Experience in the field of system integration is advantageous

Occasional domestic and international travel, including to the United States, may be required as part of this role

We now offer an unlimited full-time job (35 hours per week) with versatile tasks in an international working environment. Remuneration is made in accordance with the framework agreement for the metal and electrical industries in Hesse. All overtime is paid at a higher price.
