As part of theMobile Youth Social Work, our TeamimStreetwork project is working in a looking, low-swelling and social-space-oriented manner. We are traveling directly in the living environment of young people - at their meeting places outdoors, in different Zwickau districts and in different cities and municipalities in the Zwickau district.

The work focuses on Children and young people who need support, orientation and reliable contacts. Our pedagogical professionals build relationships, accompany in difficult situations and support ways to authorities, police or court. Parents, residents, shops, schools and social institutions are important partners in our work.

Our target is to open opportunities, create perspectives and strengthen young people on their way.

At the latest from 01.09.2026 we are looking for a reinforcement for our team as a Social pedagogue / Social worker (m/w/d) in parttime (37 h/week)in Mülsen.

Your tasks - versatile, meaning-giving, in the middle:

• you are traveling where young people are: on places, parks or meeting places - you build trusting relationships in public space
• you listen, advise, accompany and strengthen:whether in small crises, big questions or on the way to new perspectives
• du works flexibly and creatively: with individuals, groups or quarters - as required
• du brings people and help together:as a lotse in complex situations you connect young people with suitable offers and facilities
