Process Manager/ Senior Consultant Grid Connection Processes Reference (m/f/d)

In this position you take over the control and quality assurance of network connection processes in the field of tasks including: the associated data models and systems. Your responsibility is also the modeling and documentation of processes as well as the development and implementation of process adaptation requirements incl. Coordination with stakeholders in the company and group (PrOM organisation). You implement the process controlling in the task area, set quality measurement points and carry out analyses and reporting. In addition, you introduce new process standards and are responsible for the development and implementation of test and training concepts for users. As part of your activity, you will be involved in projects and group working groups.

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/Master) or a comparable qualification. You have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of activity and are versed in the use of PC standard applications (MS-Office). From your studies or previous professional stations, you also experience IT systems, such as ideally SAP, process management tools and customer portal solutions. It is a strong concern to continuously improve processes and to introduce you with your willingness to change. Your work shows a high degree of target and customer orientation. With analytical thinking, you will find approaches to problems and have ambitions to develop innovative solutions. You have a driving licence of class 3 or B.
