As a team leader in the field of System Engineering, you take the technical responsibility for a dedicated team and the technical system responsibility for our innovative products. You play a central role in the development and integration of complex system solutions in an international environment. Your tasks: Technology development & process design: support in the development and preservation of our technologies as well as optimization of the associated processes and tools. System integration: ensuring system design, testing of designs and responsibility for technical system integration. Staff management: Qualification and promotion of your team through coaching and further development. Requirements Management: Testing and deriving of load specifications in requirements at system level taking into account technical standards and requirements engineering. Coordination & Cooperation: Control of the requirements and performance of external partners, suppliers and design offices. Interface coordination between the different components. System Tests & Qualification: Planning and implementation of system simulations, tests and qualifications. Creating test specifications and coordination of test setups. Technical representation: support for the acquisition and delivery. Contact person for technical questions both internally and vis-à-vis customers. Product Care & Customer Service: Participation in product care and support of customer service in the analysis and evaluation of field failures.

Complete engineering studies in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline. At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position with focus on system engineering. Embossed leadership and communication skills as well as good technical understanding and analytical thinking. Self-initiative and self-employment in work. Travel readiness of about 15% and very good German and English skills. Routine in dealing with MS Office and common engineering tools.
