You are the link between customers, product management and internal departments. With clear communication, you will ensure efficient processes and a smooth flow of information. You take over the control and further development of a fixed product group – including assortment care, quality control and identification of optimization potentials From the first idea to the launch: You coordinate new product developments and relaunches. You agree with all relevant stakeholders and always keeps your eyes on deadlines and budgets You monitor the availability of goods and optimize inventory management and the cost structure of your product group As a contact person:for our business customers you are consulted, answer questions and ensure professional support You create convincing presentations and tailor-made offers – with clear argumentation and a look for the essentials

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business, business management, the degree to the trade specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial training Ideally, you have already gained experience in areas such as sales, marketing or finance, and have already taken responsibility and developed a good sense of economic relations You are safe in dealing with Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and master Outlook for professional communication and efficient scheduling. Further IT skills are advantageous You have a strong analytical mindset and a good understanding of numbers. Your quick understanding helps you quickly grasp and understand complex facts You are passionate about the beauty industry and follow current trends in the fields of cosmetics, care and wellness.
