As an instructor for electrical assembly (m/w/d), you will be able to support our junior staff on your way to the expert in the fields of electronics for automation technology, industrial mechanic and mechatronics at our facilities at all locations in Schwäbisch Hall. You plan training content as well as the training course in accordance with the operational requirements and training regulations, and are in charge of our training officers. You promote and motivate trainees in their development and conduct evaluation and development talks as well as conflict and disciplinary discussions. You are responsible for close coordination and cooperation with the departments, the training centre and the personnel department. In addition, you will serve interns and working students in the field of production. Your area of responsibility also includes the IHK exam activity.
