completed studies in the field of engineering, construction project management or a related field; equivalent professional experience can be taken into account At least 5 years of experience in conducting construction projects, preferably in the field of wind energy, renewable energies or construction Detectional competence in the control and optimization of project budgets Experience in developing comprehensive project plans, including time planning, resource distribution and risk management Outstanding problem-solving competence for quick management of challenges and delays in the construction process Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective reporting and coordination with stakeholders at all levels Deep understanding of wind energy construction processes, relevant equipment and industry-specific regulations Confidence with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and cost control tools flowing English knowledge (at least level B2–C1); Knowledge of other languages (Spanish, German) are advantageous A driving licence valid in Germany is a prerequisite for this position Ready to travel: You are on-site and adapt flexibly to changing locations according to the requirements of our projects.
