You raise requirements and processes together with customers and develop solutions for implementation in workshops. You support our customers in configuring and setting their requirements and training them on the Solution Fabasoft Xpublisher. You are able to implement more complex customer requests directly on the basis of low-code developments in the product. You collect the feedback from your customer workshops and make improvements for product and training documents.

You have completed IT training (e.g. business informatics/informatics or comparable qualification) and brings relevant professional experience in software development, IT consulting or a comparable technical environment. You combine technical understanding with strong customer orientation and enjoy direct customer contact as well as presentations, trainings and workshops. You have basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and sound JavaScript skills. Ideally, you also have first experience in InDesign scripting and are willing to develop your knowledge independently in everyday work. You are passionate about the digitalization of business processes and editorial and publishing systems for digital and print media. You are convinced by your independent working, team skills and communication skills and quickly find yourself in new structures. You bring very good German and good English skills.
