We are looking for you as a consultant for the care of real estate companies (parttime). We offer you the opportunity, through your initiative, to make a significant contribution to the support and development of the bodies of our alternative investment funds. You will become part of a dynamic team that offers professional services and solutions in the field of alternative investment funds. Prepare, perform and log sessions and coordinate and create decisions Conduct legal records and registers as well as timely submission to the relevant authorities Participation in the establishment of companies Participation in the creation and review of the committee documentation Creating documents and submitting to authorities, notaries and other stakeholders Providing documents and archiving Participation in the annual accounts Coordinating body for internal and external stakeholders such as asset managers, auditors and authorities.
