As a group leader after sales service for the pharmaceutical freeze-drying plant, you take over the operational management of the service teams to guarantee the highest customer satisfaction and reach the service KPIs.The employee leadership and binding is always in your focus and you ensure continuous professional and personal development of the team members. They ensure cooperation between the departments at the site and are in regular, close coordination with the responsible persons. Your main tasks include the continuous adaptation of processes to meet the requirements of service sales and turn key strategy. With the management of technical support in indoor and outdoor services as well as the promotion of cross-site cooperations with international service partners, service areas and hubs, you ensure that the highest quality of service is guaranteed. You have completed a technical training with further training as a specialist or a technical study. Your long-term industry and service experience, ideally in the project business with special facilities, will be excellent.They have sound technical knowledge in plant engineering and have excellent knowledge of English. Your strong leadership skills are just as good as your excellent communication skills and your ability to move safely in matrix structures. Strong problem-solving competence, high implementation strength and organisational skills complete your profile.
