As a working student (m/w/d) you support the Business Line in managing and structuring key topics. You contribute to the follow-up of measures, the preparation of management documents and the organisation of meetings and bodies. You will get comprehensive insights into operational and strategic processes and actively contribute to the transparency and efficiency of the organization. In addition, you take over the following tasks: Support for project and action tracking (e.g. maintenance of task boards and follow-up of measures) Preparation, accompaniment and preparation of meetings and committees (Agenda, Protocols, To-Dos) Preparation and preparation of presentations and status reports for management Participation in building and maintaining tools and templates (e.g. Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) Support in structuring processes, interfaces and internal workshops

Studies in business, engineering or comparable First experience in project management or organisational activities Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel Structured, reliable and independent operation
