Senior Consultant (m/w/d) We are looking for the Office for Public Order of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The posts must be occupied without delay. The Department of Trade and Gastronomy Law comprises over 30 employees and is responsible for a wide range of areas, such as General Trade Law, Black Work / Illegal Economics, Prostitute Protection Act, Restaurant Affairs, People's Fairs, Markets, Fairs and Road Industries.

They deal with business matters including administrative procedures and implement the regulations of the holiday law. These also include the permits for the fixed tent operation at the major events on the Cannstatter Wasen They are responsible for the processing of applications for the establishment of commercial events, such as markets and trade fairs They perform local appointments and external service controls in the framework of standby times and work with various specialist authorities (including the Civil Law Office, the Fire Directorate and the Police) complaint management (e.g. development of conflict resolutions with participants in noise from catering companies) is also part of your task

a degree as Bachelor of Arts Public Management or graduate manager/in or a degree as an administrative specialist (e.g. employee training course II) or managing director with already completed ascent into the senior management service or a comparable university degree of the legal profession Professional experience in the public service, preferably in order administration, as well as current knowledge in commercial and catering law are advantageous in situations with conflict potential, you will be confident, strong and convincing and have the necessary negotiating skills readiness to exercise external appointments outside the usual service hours
