Active accompaniment of the entire recruiting process – from the creation and switching of job advertisements to the applicant communication, to the coordination of appointments Viewing of application documents and pre-selection of suitable candidates (m/w/d) in consultation with the departments Care and updating of our applicant management system Need-oriented integration into other teams within HR, e.g. controlling, pay or expertise Assistance in the organisation and implementation of onboarding measures Participation in HR projects, e.g. in the areas of occupational health management, employer branding or digitization of HR processes

Continuous studies in the field of business, economic psychology, social sciences or a comparable discipline, ideally with the focus on HR Interest in diverse HR topics, in particular in recruiting, and at best first practical experience in the personnel sector and with applicant management systems Safe handling of MS Office Communication strength in word and writing Structured, independent and reliable operation and a high level of confidentiality
