This is what you bring with you as a specialist in automotive (m/w/d) You have completed an apprenticeship as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance or have an equivalent, completed training and corresponding professional experience. You ideally have expertise in the field of operational liability and are safe to handle the corresponding business processes You are characterized by high social competence, strong team skills, conflictability and organisational skills. Also empathy, communication strength, joy in contact with customers: inside the various communication channels are not strange to you and if something goes wrong, you see complaints as a chance. Since the customer wants to reach us frequently before or after his work, you have time flexibility within the framework of the existing regulations. You are motivated to learn new things and to accompany changes positively.
