Order management Order-related plant of operations in the goods management system including margin monitoring

Compliance & Guidelines Ensuring compliance with internal policies and compliance requirements

Storno processing Examination, collection and clarification of cancellations, including reprocessing with suppliers

Interface Management and Communication Coordination and communication interface between internal departments, manufacturers and customers in English

Advertising management & customer service Processing of complaints as well as support in customer requests after order processing

Professional qualification & experience

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification First professional experience in a customer and service-oriented activity Language & IT skills Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Working methods and competencies Analytical skills for research, data collection and evaluation Impressed communication strength, enforcement capability and team capability High customer, quality and service orientation as well as a structured operation
