Creation of the monthly pay bill of a defined group of employees taking into account the current pay tax and social security legislation Support of the time economy and care of all accounting-relevant master data Administrative processing of entry and exits and transfers Advising executives and employees on individual questions about pay billing and time recording Self-employed working of the report or Certification and communication with authorities, health insurance companies and offices

Completed commercial training, at best with training in the field of wage and salary accounting or a comparable qualification Ideally multi-year professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of current pay tax and social security law Safe handling of MS Office applications; especially MS Excel Own, responsible and trusting work
