You drive forward the digitization and automation of our shopping processes, optimize structures and design modern, efficient processes. Together with your team, you will ensure that the company is economically and forward-looking.

Responsibility for the professional guidance, support and further development of the 5 employees in the field of expertise – in accordance with the corporate guidelines and management values structuring and continuous optimization of processes in strategic and operational procurement for building technology as well as for services in plant, industrial and process engineering Inventory Management: Responsibility for Planning, Coordination, Implementation and Evaluation of Inventures as well as Determination and Booking of Stock Values Developing strategies and well-founded decision templates based on effective reporting and through key figures analyses (from ERP and MIS in close coordination with the IT department) Self-supporting strategic purchasing processes in the field Working to optimize logistics and storage processes

Completed university degree (Master/Diplom) in a relevant field such as BWL, logistics or economic engineering Multiannual relevant professional and leadership experience in strategic purchasing and supplier management High level of leadership and social competence as well as team skills and strong negotiating competence Analytical, process- and outcome-oriented thinking and action Comprehensive knowledge of contract and award law, ideally in the field of sector law and funding law Willingness to cooperate and support the network Excellent IT user knowledge (ideally SAP-S-4, MS Office, BI and analysis tools), experiences with electronic tendering and analysis tools Shopping platforms
