Building and developing a global project and meeting structure based on a fun-driven stakeholder analysis Development of collaboration and communication lines for efficient and uniform cooperation in the international project team Development and maintenance of uniform templates, standards and documentation lines for several countries, streams and departments Establishment and implementation of the project control, including coordination with international stream leads, plausibility and analysis of deviations, as well as provision of support for Steering Committees Regular tracking of project progress in streams and consolidated preparation of results for overall project management Planning, organisation and moderation of global project meetings and workshops (virtual and local) Support for overall project management in strategic, organizational and administrative issues in the international context of trans­formation

Completed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Informatics or Comparative Qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience, ideally in the PMO of large international ERP or SAP transformation programs Representative organizational talent, great reliability and analytical thinking Excellent communication skills and familiarity in dealing with international stakeholders A structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working Very good German and English (working language in the international environment) It is advantageous to work with globally distributed teams or in matrix organizations.
