Group Management – Warehouse Operations Non-Commercial Goods Logistics (m/f/d)

As a group management for currently three logistics locations, around 50 professional employees and several team leaders will guide you clearly, appreciate and close to the daily business With your view for the whole and a secure feeling for numbers, you form a networked warehouse team from three locations that smoothly moves non-trade goods from shelves to boning rolls to clothes In this role you represent the management of the operational forces: You give a clear signal both in the day-to-day business and in strategic positions Together with your team leaders, you develop personal employment plans and holiday plans, integrate time workers wisely and ensure that each run runs stable Through your presence at all locations, you go close to the teams, access different characters and topics and turn conflicts early into constructive solutions Based on predictive personnel cost planning and ongoing monitoring, you can create transparent reports for the department management – so it becomes visible where resources go and where you can focus In combination with interfaces such as process department, home technology, goods logistics and work protection team, you drive improvements in occupational and health protection and are responsible for stable processes in everyday storage

As a trained logistics master with at least five years of practice in leading larger teams, you will bring a secure foundation for operational storage processes with With your experience in managing executives, team leaders are empowering you to give clear feedback and leave them room for their own solutions. In your head, numbers, people and flows of materials are collapsing – you keep an overview, even if there is movement at all three locations simultaneously Your heart beats for people and good cooperation, you hear, moderate tensions and do not escape conflicts By the way you clearly communicate, think analytically, decide and share your time well, you also meet calm and comprehensible announcements in escalations With your openness to digital tools such as teams, your closeness to topics such as work protection and the way you develop and others, you will lead yourself and other pieces to the fore – even if it is jerking Planning your strong economic thinking and your safe handling of personal key figures You predict personnel costs, monitor budgets and give department management clear, meaningful reports
