In your role as Commissioner for Information Security & ICT Risk Management, you will develop our security strategy together with your team, advise the Executive Board, conduct audits and training and ensure that regulatory requirements are complied with. As a central contact person, you are a professionally and personally an important part of our Unit 355 Central Representative/Non-Financial Risks - and contribute significantly to making our digital future secure.

These are your main tasks You continue to tax and develop ICT risk management and ILB's information security process - you are currently running a specialist team consisting of two colleagues. You are driving our DORA strategy forward and driving their continuous development. You check existing policies and develop them consistently with your team. You support the areas of expertise in all the topics of ICT risk management and protection requirements and ensure the quality of the results. You analyze security incidents, accompany audits and develop measures to increase information security; You will report serious incidents to the BaFin. You sensitize through training and awareness measures around ICT risks and information security. You regularly report to the Executive Board and are the auditor's representative for all ICT risk management and information security issues as part of the annual audit.

Membership Exceptional remuneration

You have profound experience in information security and ICT risk management - ideally in the banking environment and DORA. You are well familiar with standards such as ISO 2700x and are ideally providing certifications such as CISO or (Lead) Auditor ISO 27001. You have completed a study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification with a focus on IT/information security. You think analytically, work on solution-oriented and take responsibility. You have a good sense of regulatory requirements and can implement them in a comprehensible and practical way. You communicate clearly, convincingly, and you'll be safe.
