Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, production technology or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the production environment Structured, independent and methodological procedures Impressed leadership skills as well as the ability to guide, motivate and develop employees in a targeted manner High level of organisational competence as well as strong communication strength in handling employees and interfaces Funded technical understanding of production facilities and processes in the industrial environment High level of responsibility, communication strength and enforcement Safe handling of MS Office applications
