IT-Infrastructor (m/w/d) We love pleasure - and believe: A strong infrastructure lives by people who take responsibility and make changes with an eye dimension.

You accompany and control the gradual migration of our on-premises infrastructure into the Azure / M365 cloud. Together with the Senior Cloud Solution Engineer in the Tandem, you design the strategic target images, you bring them to the street operationally and hands-on. You take the Ownership for the lifecycle and optimization of EntraID. You are responsible for the redesign and curing of our Active Directory, taking into account current safety standards (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI basic protection). You implement forward-looking IT security concepts, establish modern cloud security suites and build secure infrastructures. You enter our server virtualization environments. You develop our backup strategies and ensure the smooth operation of storage solutions (SAN/NAS). As a technical anchor of our global IT hub, you offer technical guidance to our local works – also in perspective in the secure connection of production networks (OT / Smart Factory). You conduct international IT infrastructure projects. Business trips to European locations are part of your everyday life (no worries: we remain grounded).

You have multi-year, well-founded professional experience in hybrid IT infrastructures and Azure cloud migrations. You bring deep practical knowledge in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure Compute/Network/Storage, Entra ID, Intune, M365-Stack). Knowledge about infrastructure as code (e.g. terraform) is advantageous and helps you drive our automation forward. You are solution-oriented, you like to work in the team and drive innovations and best practices proactively. Clear communication is in your blood; You will be safe and keep track of complex international migration projects. Project management experiences are advantageous. German and English are sure.
