Team Leader IT Software (m/f/d)

We support and advise, as an independent expert service, the medical service of Lower Saxony, statutory health insurance and social care insurance in all medical and nursing matters. With around 1,300 colleagues at 13 locations.

You ensure trouble-free deployment of applications/applications within the IT software infrastructure for the departments. You are responsible for the control, implementation and further development of the strategic architectural changes digitization and software development projects. You are an active support of the IT leadership in the strategic direction and are involved in all relevant topics for the software sector. You work with a stable IT security infrastructure and the implementation of information security management according to BSI. You run IT projects for software development/software application systems and are responsible for coordinating external service providers. You control the technical and organizational implementation of the tasks in the team and promote communication and cooperation.

You have completed academic studies, e.g. in the course of studies in computer science/economic informatics or completed vocational training in the field of computer science with professional experience in the field of IT software. You have profound knowledge in the fields of development tools, software architectures and software development processes including agile methods (Scrum). You have multi-year leadership experience. You have knowledge of software development, in the field of database systems (SQL, XML) and in the context AI. You have experiences and certifications in the field of ITIL (processes) and IT project management (e.g. Prince 2). You work independently and can identify problems and misdevelopments.
