You develop architectures for the continuous development of our cloud platform. Furthermore, you take up technical requirements for operating applications in the cloud and, together with the application managers involved, establish an appropriate architecture and a suitable use of cloud technologies. This includes support in planning, design and selection of cloud services as well as the use of tools and processes for efficient and effective deployment, management and monitoring of cloud services. You always have a look at the overall solution's operational capability as well as the time-to-market, thereby also taking steps to further develop our cloud environment. Your core tasks include: Assessment of technologies for suitability for Union Investment and continuous market visibility in the context of cloud services Analysis of requirements from the fields of cloud services and applications based on cloud services Participation in strategic decisions in the context of cloud services (e.g. architecture specifications, cloud service catalog) Developing and coordinating efficiently operated cloud solutions Support in the implementation of solutions and takeover in regular operation Establishing and developing tools and processes for managing cloud services and cloud service providers

We look forward to your support in our team if you bring the following: Complete university studies in economics, (economic) informatics or a well-established bank or IT training with additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in the environment of IT operations based on ITIL processes Very good knowledge of cloud infrastructures (including Microsoft Azure) and cloud technologies as well as common methods and tools for implementing IaaS/PaaS implementations Good knowledge of automation processes for cloud services (Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD deployment mechanisms as well as associated control and operating processes No fear of the command line and new technologies High readiness for use, analytical and conceptual skills, pronounced communication strength and rapid understanding We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
