Senior Consultant (m/d) Kita in Berlin We are the Juwo – Kita gGmbH from Berlin, a subsidiary of the free children's and youth support institution youth residences in Kiez. Children and their families are at our hearts. Therefore, our six kitas can be found in the gravel where our commitment is most urgently needed. From now on or later, we are looking for a specialist apprentice for participation and inclusion / social pedagogical specialist (w/m/d) in the nest and open elementary area for our district-Kita High-Deck. Kita High-Deck is located in the homonymous settlement in Berlin - Neukölln. The modern 880 m2 wood-clad kita new construction is two-storey. Different functional spaces invite you to play, construct, experiment and research. In addition to the latest digital technology, many books can be found in our newly designed media room. The Kita also has its own garden and thus naturally fits into the extensive green area of the Heidekampgraben. Your duties As a specialist for participation and inclusion (m/w/d), you will accompany the children and design the day together with them. You can see the wishes, interests and skills of the children through observations and exchange with your team. You see children as designers of their self-education and provide impulses for their further development. You let your hobbies and passions flow into work. You also signal to the children and their families that You are welcome and build a trusting parental partnership. You observe and document the development of children with special support needs and introduce your inclusive view. You create individual participation and funding plans. You work closely with therapists and other competent authorities. Your profile A state-of-the-art medical educationin / special educationin / rehabilitation educationin (w/m/d) or a comparable degree educatorin / as a social pedagogical specialist with training to/from specialist education for inclusion and participation is a prerequisite, such as childhood education, education, social work, etc. We also require language skills in German at level C1. You like lively exchanges in the team and represent your educational beliefs. You are structured – because only so can open work succeed! You deliberately decide to work in an area with quarter management. You understand different cultures as an enrichment of our society – Inclusion is lived in our Kita! You can expect this from us Remuneration: Our salary system is coordinated with the works council and is between gross €20.27/hour and €27.21/hour (corresponding to the pay tables of the TV-L in Berlin 2025). Additional qualifications (such as FK for participation and inclusion) are rewarded with a further 170 € gross/month. Jobticket: We grant your Germany ticket job or your VBB company ticket. Security: You will receive an indefinite employment contract and become part of a large intermediary, which is a firm size in the carrier landscape and has over 40 years of educational experience.
