Tasks

• They take over the project responsibility of a strategically important development project in the field of unmanned vehicles (USV). • You are responsible for quality, costs and dates (QKT) throughout the entire development and production process. • You are also responsible for managing the entire project life cycle: initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring, control and completion. • Together with interdisciplinary teams and external partners, you will advance the project in a targeted manner. • The project documentation keeps you up to date and ensures clarity in communication. • In conflict situations within the main system, you take over the escalation management. • In addition, you will also represent the project to customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders with change requirements.

Profile

• They have a technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, electrical engineering) or a comparable qualification. • Multiannual experience in the technical management of complex development projects will ideally bring you along. • Product development, system integration and technical product development are required. • Knowledge of military procurement programmes and their requirements are also desirable. • They bring leadership experience and know how to motivate interdisciplinary teams. • Your decision-making strength, your negotiation skills and your structured working methods are yours. • Project management tools and methods are used safely and purposefully. • A certification in project management (e.g. IPMS Level B) is also advantageous.
