You develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and drive sustainable efficiency improvements in the company. Within international projects, you analyze existing processes, identify potential improvements and successfully implement structured transformation measures. You identify and develop potentials for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in supply chain management and accompany the introduction of innovative AI-based solutions to optimize processes, decision making and data analysis. The close cooperation with various disciplines allows you to establish cross-disciplinary standards and build consistent process landscapes. Responsibility for the introduction of modern methods and tools in supply chain management can be used to measurably improve transparency, quality and performance. Through continuous monitoring of relevant key figures, you actively control target achievement and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations.

With a degree in business, logistics or supply chain management, you will provide a solid technical basis for your tasks. Analyzing and solving complex issues in the supply chain environment – either on the basis of multiannual professional experience in projects or in the operating environment, or through an excellent degree of study, combined with a rapid understanding, pronounced analytical thinking and high self-initiative. Methods such as Lean or Six Sigma are used in practice and combine them with your know-how in project management. Their work is characterized by analytical thinking and clear structure, making you make informed decisions based on data. In cooperation with various stakeholders, you are convinced by a clear communication and driving issues actively.
