Support of the Head of Development and Construction in Operational Day Business Planning and coordination of appointments, meetings, workshops and missions Compilation of correspondence, presentations, reports and other documents in German and English Support for the organisation and follow-up of development, support and patent projects Communication with internal and external contact partners and support for visitors Maintenance, administration and archiving of project-related documentation and survey lists

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in an assistance function, ideal in a technological or industrial environment Affinity for technical topics and processes Impressed organizational capabilities and a high level of discretion Secure handling of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Communication strength, service orientation and professional entry
