For support, we are looking for you at the next time as a team management (m/w/d) for our department in the field of “construction services” or “freelancing services”.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Management, control and coordination of tasks, objectives and processes of the “Construction services” or “Freelance awards” team (VgV) Control of the work programmes and exercise of the specialist controlling in the implementation of the statutory and company-specific award regulations Strategic advice and management of complex construction and infrastructure projects, in particular through the development of procurement concepts, the formation of procurement packages and the creation and further development of functional procurement documents Organisation and management of complex national and EU-wide procurement procedures Participation in the design and optimization of uniform internal processes and their digitalization Training and further development of employees Subsequent management: design of the post-subsequent management in the department and technical support of the contractors in the post-subsequent processing and technical review of the post-subsequent contributions Participation in litigation

Completed studies in civil engineering (Master or Dipl.-Ing. [Univ.]) or similar or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability First management experience Experience in the award of construction services, engineering services or other services through procurement platforms IT-Affinity and safe handling of the Microsoft Office package German knowledge comparable level C1

Group of charges: E13 Remuneration is carried out in accordance with the above-mentioned remuneration group.
