The Bremen Chamber of Crafts is a modern service provider for over 5,500 craft companies and their employees in Bremen. In addition to high-level tasks, it has a wide range of consulting services. With its subsidiaries, the Bremen-Group Chamber of Crafts is active in the field of education and training for all people in the Bremish craft industry and is engaged in the implementation of publicly funded projects. We are looking for an experienced employee (m/w/d) as soon as possible in parttime (20 hours/week) Project staff for the BMWI funding programme “Exact occupation” – Bremerhaven location The duration of the activity is linked to the project and initially approved as well as the project under the current ESF funding directive until 31.12.2026. Further employment beyond 31.12.2026 is accordingly intended.

Contact setup and care for Bremer/Bremerhavener craft businesses (consultation, creation of requirements profiles, acquisition of training and EQ plans) Acquises of applicants (school visits, career orientation fairs, youth employment agency, employment agency, job center) Applications and consultations with interested young people/young adults (Coaching, application training, placement in internship/training) Cooperation and networking with external institutions (administrative agency, agency for work, job center, schools, professional entry attendees, mentors, various projects in the field of activity: transition school – profession, chambers, central association of crafts) Public relations (messe appearances, press releases, web portals) Project-related reporting, evaluation and administrative activities

Graduate in economics, economic education, economic psychology, educational sciences, social education (or comparable) with proven experience in consulting companies, ideally on the subject of personnel Experiences in the field of personal counselling, recruiting or placement as well as as as an educationalist/social pedagogue Experience in the consulting of companies and in the address of our target groups A high level of motivation, flexibility, mobility and team skills Target-oriented thinking and acting, organisational ability, communication strength and commitment in dealing with the participating target groups Secure application of the MS Office package Active use of driving licence (class B) and local knowledge in Bremerhaven desirable
