Procurement legal advice from the specialist departments in the planning and design of procurement procedures, in particular in strategic decisions such as the choice of the right procurement procedure and the time and resource planning Support in the entire procurement process in the production of award documents, in particular the performance description, price sheets and contracts Support and advice in the evaluation of tenders received, management of negotiations and the implementation and documentation of tenders Creation of audit-proof award documentation including required queries in the respective registers and implementation of the required publications Monitoring and support of contract management in relevant aspects, in particular in connection with contract extensions and monitoring of maximum levels Creation, testing and negotiation of IT contracts (licensing, development, maintenance and support contracts) including the examination of contract processing contracts Advice on data protection issues in consultation with the data protection officer Legal support of IT projects

You have a completed scientific study (e.g. Master) of law or a comparable qualification. You bring relevant professional practice in procurement and in-depth expertise in procurement and IT law as well as ideally in data protection law. You have a legal procedure and an economic understanding. You have a communicative, decision-making working style and negotiation skills.
