Control of demanding conversion and expansion projects in existing logistics centers Responsibility for the implementation of Mezzanine extensions in ongoing operation Coordination of specialist planners, subcontractors and interdisciplinary project teams Responsibility for appointments, costs, quality and project results Control of demanding customer requirements and complex project and operational processes Implementation of project meetings, reporting and escalation management

Study of Civil Engineering, Architecture or Comparative Qualification Multiannual experience in the management of construction, renovation or renovation projects Knowledge of industrial construction, logistics real estate or building Experience in handling demanding customers and complex project structures Impressed communication and organizational strength German and English skills Please indicate which location we may consider your application.
